Parts inquiries
We collect the contact details and inventory information you provide, including your name, email, optional company and phone number, location, parts requirements, and any photos or files you attach. We use these to review and respond to your inquiry. Submissions are stored privately and are not automatically published as listings.
Email updates
Signing up is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry. We record your email address, chosen list, interests, and the time you gave consent. You can remove an email address from our update lists using the form below. The form gives the same confirmation whether or not an address is subscribed.
Storage and requests
Submitted information is stored using our website’s hosting and database services. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, message Warehouse Parts Connection on Facebook and include your request reference when available. We may ask you to verify the contact details associated with the request.
